Youβll also find my online option to transition to Root + Rhythm, which is totally flexible and now with two in-person Saturday sessions available to choose from a month for all online clients.
When youβre training with me one-on-one, my goal is that eventuallyβ¦ you donβt need me.
Iβm not here to keep you dependent, Iβm here to help you build confidence, rhythm, and trust in yourself, filling you full of knowledge one session at a time.
