I’ve lived the grind. I’ve watched it wear people down.
And I’ve listened to your stories, your stress, your burnout.
It’s time we do it differently. Let’s change the way this works, ya’ll.

Each package (grounded, aligned, and rooted) now comes with movement that fits your season,
Flexible meal guide options and weekly extras added inside the group on my app,Β  from breathwork to grounding tips to tools for regulating your nervous system.

You’ll also find my online option to transition to Root + Rhythm, which is totally flexible and now with two in-person Saturday sessions available to choose from a month for all online clients.

When you’re training with me one-on-one, my goal is that eventually… you don’t need me.
I’m not here to keep you dependent, I’m here to help you build confidence, rhythm, and trust in yourself, filling you full of knowledge one session at a time.

That’s why I created an online option you can transition into anytime or back out of if you want.
It’s totally up to you. This is your rebuild.
These are the training investments I’ll have available moving forward.
And they’re built for real life, not the highlight reel version.
