I’ve been there too. That’s exactly why I decided to offer gym walkthroughs.
It’s just me and you, moving through the space, learning how to use each machine properly and safely, and making it all feel way less intimidating. We’ll go over form, function, and what works for your body and goals. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
We’ll probably get a few good laughs in, maybe make fun of a machine or two, and walk out feeling way more confident than when we started..
Everyone starts somewhere. Every single person in the gym was once a beginner, too. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own, I’m not here to judge you or make you feel any kind of way. I’m just here to help, walk beside you, and make things feel a little less scary.
