Lets take back healthy women.

When did being “healthy” start meaning tired, starving, moody, and obsessed with every bite of food?

Seriously… when did we decide the sexiest thing a woman could be is underfed, overtrained, running on caffeine, and one inconvenience away from crying in a parking lot?

Somewhere along the way, health got completely lost.
Now people think..being hungry af all the time means you’re disciplined.
Doing endless cardio means you’re dedicated.
Living off coffee and protein bars means you’re committed.

& If you’re exhausted but skinny? Well apparently that means you’re “doing great.”
That is not health…

Health is not having abs if your hormones are wrecked.
Health is not being lean if you have no energy.
Health is not fitting in smaller jeans while your relationship with food is hanging on by a thread.

Optimal health should mean your body is actually functioning well.
You should have energy.
You should be able to eat food without guilt.
You should feel strong.
You should recover well.
You should have a healthy metabolism, healthy hormones, and a life that does not revolve around trying to be smaller.

We have got to stop acting like suffering for the aesthetic is the price of being “fit.”
Because if your body looks good but feels like garbage… what exactly are we doing here?

Being healthy should make you feel your best.
Not just look your leanest.

K? Love you Bye.
