    Grounding doesn’t have to be cute..
    It just has to work..
    And if today feels like trash, that’s fine!
    (Think of Ross from friends holding that margaritas saying, “I’m fine.”)

  • New Service Available this Fall. 🌿

    The gym doesn’t have to feel intimidating.

    If you’ve ever walked into the gym, stared at a machine, and thought, “What in the world does this thing do?”You’re definitely not alone.

    I’ve been there too. That’s exactly why I decided to offer gym walkthroughs.

    It’s just me and you, moving through the space, learning how to use each machine properly and safely, and making it all feel way less intimidating. We’ll go over form, function, and what works for your body and goals. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

    We’ll probably get a few good laughs in, maybe make fun of a machine or two, and walk out feeling way more confident than when we started..

    Everyone starts somewhere. Every single person in the gym was once a beginner, too. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own, I’m not here to judge you or make you feel any kind of way. I’m just here to help, walk beside you, and make things feel a little less scary.

    Let’s make the gym your safe space.
  • Healing Doesn’t Have to Be Loud.

    Healing isn’t always big or dramatic. It’s not always some deep thing from your childhood or something major that happened a few years ago. Sometimes it’s just about how you choose to move forward. I want to use this space to share how I’m going about healing. The little ways. The honest ways. The stuff I’m learning, unlearning, trying out. It doesn’t mean everything’s fixed. I’m just being more intentional with how I show up for myself every day.

    I will add some photos and things I’m going to be implementing along the way. 💜

  • Om Yoga Festival 2025

    This beautifully organized event

    I’m going to the Om Yoga Festival this year, and I think you should check it out. If we want stuff like this to stick around, we gotta support it.

    The vibe is so good. People from all over with different yoga styles and backgrounds. Yoga doesn’t have to look or feel a certain way, anyone can do it.

    I’ve got a weekend pass and no one I’m going with, but I know people who’ll be there. If you’re going, let me know! We don’t have to do the same classes, just would be nice to have a familiar face or grab lunch together.

  • Rotational classes.

    The first set of classes this fall has been decided.

    The first set of fall classes is set.

    They’ll be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, one at 1:30 p.m. and the other at 5:15 p.m.

    Most of them will run about 45 minutes. Some might be 60. I’ll put together a proper schedule to post later this summer.

    All these classes will be beginner friendly, and everyone is welcome.

    I always offer modifications so you can go at your own pace and do what feels right for your body.

    My personal training packages are getting a full refresh,  and they now include everything I’ve been slowly building behind the scenes.

    More support. More breathwork. More nervous system regulation.
    More of what actually helps you feel good in your body and your life, not just what burns you out.

    I’ve lived the grind. I’ve watched it wear people down.
    And I’ve listened to your stories, your stress, your burnout.
    It’s time we do it differently. Let’s change the way this works, ya’ll.

    Each package (grounded, aligned, and rooted) now comes with movement that fits your season,
    Flexible meal guide options and weekly extras added inside the group on my app,  from breathwork to grounding tips to tools for regulating your nervous system.

    You’ll also find my online option to transition to Root + Rhythm, which is totally flexible and now with two in-person Saturday sessions available to choose from a month for all online clients.

    When you’re training with me one-on-one, my goal is that eventually… you don’t need me.
    I’m not here to keep you dependent, I’m here to help you build confidence, rhythm, and trust in yourself, filling you full of knowledge one session at a time.

    That’s why I created an online option you can transition into anytime or back out of if you want.
    It’s totally up to you. This is your rebuild.

    Slower mornings. Softer structure. Nervous system first.
    For me. For them. For the life we’re building now.

    Just a little update on where I’m at lately, in my body, my business, and my brain.

    If you see me stepping back, posting less after the summer and diving deeply into my work, my children, and our lives.. This is why.

    Rebuild has been my home base for a while now. It’s where I send my clients when they’re feeling overwhelmed by all the hustle, the lifestyle changes, the workout programs, its also where I come back to when I feel lost, and where I’ve poured a lot of myself over the last few months.
    But things have changed in a really good, really honest way.

    I’ve slowed down.
    I’ve gotten quieter about things that dont serve me. Believe it or not.
    And I’ve started listening to my nervous system more than my calendar or to-do lists.

    That’s where Sonder comes in.

    It’s not a new brand. It’s not a new challenge. It’s just the deeper layer of what I’ve already been doing.
    Less pressure. More presence.
    Less grind. More grace.

    Rebuild still exists, but now, it comes with softness. With emotional support. With space to be exactly where you are.

    New business cards are coming soon.

    Which, honestly, feels kind of wild, because it made me sit back and think about how many certifications I’ve taken over the last few years. Not because I needed letters behind my name, but because I care.

    I care about how people feel in their bodies. I care about their minds. I care about meeting people where they’re at, not where someone else says they should be.

    My personal training isn’t about chasing a certain look. It’s not about perfection or showing up at your best all the time. It’s about real life. The messy, heavy, chaotic, emotional stuff that we carry, and learning how to move through it.

    Sometimes it’s with weights. Sometimes it’s just showing up and doing your best. Sometimes it’s just breathing.

    It doesn’t matter who you are or what you’re going through. You could be coming in with anxiety, with grief, with no motivation, with a hundred things on your plate. This is a judgment-free space. You’re allowed to show up exactly how you are. You’re allowed to start over. You’re allowed to be tired, be strong, be quiet, be loud, whatever you need.

    It’s about you. Your mental health. Your physical health. Your well-being. Not just looking better, but feeling better.

    So yeah. New business cards are on the way. New title. New letters. Same mission.
