The next season of coming home to yourself.

Creating a ReBuild of my brand was always going to be about moving with intention. About doing it differently. About not rushing. About meeting yourself where you are.
But lately… something shifted.

This isn’t a new program. This is a deeper direction.

What started as a wildfire passion in fitness turned into a space to come back to myself, my body, and my strength.. has grown.
It’s still that. But now, it’s more.

In me.
In the way I move.
In the way I mother.
In the way I teach.
In the way I live.

And that shift needed space to land.

So what is Sonder?

Sonder is the layer underneath.
It’s not separate. It’s not a different program. It’s just… deeper.. Softer.. Kind..
The emotional part. The nervous system part. The “I’m overstimulated and don’t know how to slow down” part.

Sonder is what’s been quietly building behind the scenes of Rebuild, in my own life, in the way I teach now, in the way I’m showing up for my clients, and especially in the way I’m raising my kids.

It’s not a phase. It’s a way of living.

  • What Rebuild ~with Sonder ~will includes now.

    • Tools and structure that work for real life.
    That includes both movement and mindset. Not systems that expect you to be a different person, but ones that meet you where you are, and flex when you need them to.

    • Nervous system regulation practices.
    Deep breathing, slowing down, giving your body cues that it’s safe again, not stuck in fight or flight all day.

    • Emotional processing tools that are honest and human.
    Nothing overwhelming.  Just support that helps you understand your reactions, regulate your energy, and feel a little more grounded in your day.

    • Calm, flexible movement routines.
    Not rigid plans. Not “go hard or go home.” There’s more to fitness than constant HIIT or burning yourself out. You’ll learn how to move in a way that feels good and gets results ,whether that’s strength training, Pilates, yoga, or something softer.

    • Permission to do less and still grow.
    You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to take breaks. And you’re still building something strong even when you’re moving slower.

    These programs are built to float to shift with your season.
    You can move in and out of strength days, yoga, pilates, Breathwork, or Recovery focused weeks. It’s not about staying “on” all the time. It’s about staying connected.

You don’t need another five step routine.
You need rhythm.
You need rest.
You need you , but slower, maybe calmer.

This is what Rebuild is now.

We’re not rushing anymore.
We’re not starting over.
We’re not trying to go back.

We’re building forward, intentionally.
With our breath. With our boundaries. With our bodies.

This is for me.
This is for my kids.
This is for my clients.
This is for you.
