    At my heaviest, I was over 245 pounds, exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly just done with my own bullshit.

    I had a kids depending on me, a life that didn’t feel like mine, and I knew something had to change. But I didn’t want a diet. I didn’t want someone yelling at me in a gym.

    I wanted someone to just get it.So I became that person.I lost the weight. I built the muscle. I got sober. I got stronger inside and out. And I built a life where I could show up for myself, my kids, and now other people who are just as tired of the quick fixes as I was.

    I don’t care what size you are or how many times you’ve started over. I care if you’re ready to stop quitting on yourself. That’s what I coach people through. And I coach like I live, with grit, kindness, and no sugarcoating.
